birthday

Well, I'm 25 years old now! Wow, how did that happen? I'm definitely over the first 'milestone' if you will. It feels weird. Especially when everyone asks me how it feels to be a quarter of a century... I think it feels great and I can stop aging now! I was loved on really good during my birthday weekend! Saturday, Eric took me to test drive a vehicle we have had our eye on for a couple years now. (The tahoe is a huge gas hog. The car... Where do I even start? Do I even want to start talking about the car? I'll just say... It constantly needs repairs.. Constantly, like, all the time.) The one we test drove was great! Maybe this year will be our lucky year for it, if our stars align just right! After that we hit up Zupas before he headed to work for the evening! Sunday was wonderful! Eric made me a chocolate cake with dark chocolate frosting! OMH! The boys each got me a Bolthouse drink (Mmmm, they know me well!) and I now have a big bottle of peppermint essential oil as well as lemon! My new awesome bag is pretty sweet, too! My old bag is great carrying diapers, wipes, kid activites, but it's too big for daily wear (like going to work). The new one is perfect, cute but not too classy. I can use it for any sort of occasion and it will work perfectly! Oh, I am SO loved!
That night I was surrounded by loved ones and great food! We played several, several games of cards! Needless to say, my birthday was nice and relaxing!

WARNING: the following paragraph will be mushy with love and gratitude. If not interested, skip to the pictures below ;)

I can't even begin to verbally express the feelings I have about my husband, two sons and daughter. They are my light in this world! They make me feel so loved, needed, wanted and appreciated! After a long day at work, I know the first thing to happen when I get home is being swarmed by the boys telling me all about their day. All while Chloe is fussing until I pick her up and love on her. Eric is sweet to let me breath from said commotion before laying a kiss on me and asking about my day. Then Chloe gets me for the next 10-15 minutes while she nurses and gets her Momma need filled. The boys are constantly doing chores or drawing or something of the like to make me happy and proud of them. Eric does so much around the house to lighten my burdens. He makes me feel like a queen, loved, safe and appreciated. This is just a slice of what the most important people in the world, do to show their love for me. Jay is always expressing how beautiful I am and his love for me. I definitely hit the jack pot when I married Eric. Who knew that a simple phone number exchange at a party could lead to a life full of love and happiness!

Don't mind this thing...
Also, there were more pictures taken by Eric but with his phone.

25 WHOLE CANDLES!
Can't remember the last time that happened!

9 Months

It's that time of the month again-Chloe is one month closer to being a year old! *tear*
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

She is a doll! She is so close to walking. She can stand on her own and quite well! There has been a couple times where she has gone to reach for something and takes a step before falling!
She wears her pigtails really well! Doing her hair isn't that bad either, just give her something to play with and I can get it done in a jiffy! As for headbands and bows, she isn't the biggest fan anymore. :(
Right now she has three teeth (as mentioned last month) and two more on their way! Her upper lateral incisors are the two coming through, how funny is that! Once they come through she will have both lower center incisors, one upper center incisor and both upper lateral incisors! I just think that is so funny and so cute!
She is way to good for baby food. She wants the real stuff and she wants it now! lol The best is when you let her bite a piece off of something, her excitement is adorable. "I did it! I did it! I've matured, now, where is my spot at the table?" Currently our table only sits four, she eats next to us in her walker.
Speaking of eating, when she eats a banana you can see right where her top tooth has scrapped away the banana! Hahahaha She also loves textures. So far any textured item put in her mouth she slurps up! It's so nice not having a picky eater! We've been blessed, Jay is the only one somewhat picky.
She can say Mamma! Her favorite word and person is still Dada, but I love them both so i won't complain.
Her sleeping schedule is the bomb! I asked some advice from her doctor last time we saw him and he suggested something. So far it is working fabulous! She is only waking up about once a night now! Basically, it's the sleeping transition method. We made a very consistent schedule (we had one, it just wasn't as specific like now) and put her in her bed drunk on milk ;) then added the transition method. Only one step to go, Eric will go in and either give her a drink or lay her back down. She has been a champ through it all! It's been so easy! One day, in the near future, we will be having a baby sleep through the night!!!
Her car seat is getting too small for her. Hard to imagine 9 months ago it was so big! From the tip of her toes on up above her ankle dangles passed the car seat! We plan on getting a bigger one, once we have a vehicle with room.
Peek-A-Boo is her favorite game!
She tries so hard to shake her head back and forth! It's hilarious! Her eyes can't keep up with her slow movement. Hahaha when she's done it take a moment for her to focus on you, and sprouts a huge grin before shaking it again! So, so funny!
If you ever want to put her in a good mood, or make her laugh so hard the martians from space hear her, tickle her ribs! She gets laughing the moment you put her arm in the air! The anticipation is killer!
She pats you on the back and the chest!
Oh how i love that little girl!

I just love this hat on her!

Look at her hair!!!
Sometimes Jay hurts her for no reason. Maybe
to get a reaction out of her? I like this picture, it shows how tiny
her fingers are!

Happy BABY!!!

You have seen the following pictures from the temple post, but they are too cute not to double post!

Waiting at Dr. Cornish's office! Her measurements were spot on and looking great! We are still applying the hormone cream in hopes that the skin separates over the next couple months! Then we can down grade to Vaseline for a month... then she will be FREE!!!
17.5 Inches Head Circumference (68%)
16.8 Pounds (27%)
28 Inches Length (65%)
Communication 50/60 (she doesn't say 3 words, only 2)
Gross Motor 60/60
Fine Motor 60/60
Problem solving 60/60
Personal-Social 55/60

If you look hard enough you will see 5 pig tails on top of her head! Her Daddy is pretty creative! Haha! When we took the elastic out that night she had 5 standing poof balls! So cute!

1st bread & water!

SO happy!

She coughed and was finished with pictures.

Noah and Tiffany 2/2016

I finally got to meet and love on my newest nephew, Noah! He's about 5 months old. These pictures are attempts to getting all the grand-kids to look at the same time! Nearly impossible with such little ones, but I think they turned out alright!
While Tiff was here we had a sister's night. We all met at Starbucks and hung out for quite a while! It was so great to drink something delicious and catch up the way we don't ever do. I must say, I just love the Autrey's. To me they aren't in laws. I'm not treated like an in law and I don't treat them like in law. We are just a big family full of love! (even if we drive each other crazy!) I am so lucky and blessed to have married into such a great family!
Noah was also blessed during this trip! Tiffany didn't have anything super special for Noah to wear so I lent her Jayson's baby blessing outfit. Kelson's was too small (we blessed him while he was still real little. Jay was blessed when he was 3/4 months because he was born in the middle of flu season) and Chloe's was the wrong gender. Grandpa Autrey did a beautiful job, the blessing was wonderful and many eyes were sweating. It was so great to visit family from northern Utah, Wyoming and southern Utah during the dinner following the blessing. (Wish I had taken some pictures but I was having too much fun socializing!)

Like I said, IMPOSSIBLE to get a good picture... To be honest, I don't like any of them. We were taking these pictures so Mom and Dad had a canvas of all their grand-kids... Will it be worth it? Any of you have experience editing a picture and printing it? I worry it would distort the picture and come out pixelated and or blurry if I were to edit any of them.
