Chloe at 2 months!

Two Months Old

 

May 22 we brought our beautiful baby girl into the world! From the moment we laid our eyes on her to now, she still takes our breath away!
I may be a little in denial about her two month old mark. Like most moms say: Where has the time gone? She's growing too fast! Where's my newborn!?
Although, seeing her grow is very heart warming. She's as sweet as a Georgia peach, as bright as the sun, and as lovable as lovable gets. She has been a great blessing coming to our family! She is just the addition we needed!

Kelson and Jayson loved her from the beginning and that love has done nothing but grow! It's true, the boys tend to upset her giving so much of their love and attention, but its way better than the alternative. I imagine in time she will appreciate their energy they aim towards her the older she gets.

As for Chloe, she is mighty tall for her age! She is very petite still, so her clothes don't always fit just right! She has started growing out of her adorable newborn clothes. Mostly because she is too long for them!

Chloe's favorite people are mommy and daddy! That's probably a given, and we definitely love it. She always has a smile in store for us! Chloe tries so hard to laugh and giggle! Though she may not quite be there yet, the attempt is unbelievably heart melting! Her eyes get real squinty, her mouth like a lion, she breaths in and out comes a cough! She tends to get the hiccups from doing so!

Her favorite position is laying tummy down on the forearm facing out to catch all the action going on in the world. When it's snuggle time, the best place is still on mom and dads chest! I sure hope she doesn't change for a long time. Bath time is quite enjoyable for her. It relaxes her so well that she poops.

She tries to scoot and roll! When I get her for feedings in the night, she usually isn't in the middle of the cradle where I put her. Instead she will be in the upper hand corner with a leg sticking out through the bars! Haha Her bed time is

8:30 and rarely stays up later. She wakes up once in the night, usually around 2. Then 5 o'clock rolls around and she continually feeds until she wakes up at 9! Therefore, she usually stays in bed with me for those constant feedings.

Chloe Janae Marie, you bring so much joy and light to our family! We are so very happy you have come to be apart of us!
