Halloween at the Riverwoods

Day of the Dead
-Part 2-

We went to the Riverwoods to celebrate Halloween a bit early this year! We went with our new friends that double as our neighbors! It was a lot of fun! They have a little girl who is just about two and the boys simply adore her! Kelson and Jayson tend to fight over Natalie, always wanted to be the one to help her and share with her. She also brings a lot to the table... food! Boys will always love who ever shares snacks with them, right? No, but she really is a sweet little thing. She is very loving, caring and fun.

All the stores were handing out candy, it was a good pre-run for trick-or-treating this year. There were activities to do as well: pumpkin bowling, pumpkin toss, live band, photo shoot displays and carriage rides.

The boys' real Halloween costumes are fun but require makeup-especially Jay being a zombie. Where we were going to the Boomshakalaka afterwards, we didn't want the boys to be all decked out. So we swung by the dollar store and grabbed them ninja masks and a Halloween bag for their treats.
