LAKEVIEW
-FIRST GRADE-
This big guy started 1st grade at a new school this year, August 17th! He was pretty disappointed to be leaving Provost and all the friends he made there last year. There's definitely perks to Lakeview though! He has two classes, Profossora Loftus who teaches in Portuguese (he is in her class in the morning) and Ms. Barnes who teaches 'normal'. He went to being a cougar and bleeding red to being a lion and bleeding green and blue!
Already he can count to 10, say hello and goodbye, colors and a few random words. My favorite thus far is mu-she-la. I'm unfamiliar with the spelling, but that is how you say it. It translates to backpack! Unfortunately, I had to work his first day of school and wasn't able to take before pictures with a sign or anything. My awesome husband caught this beauty before going into class, so there's that! I'm just glad Eric was able to go into work a little later so that he could take Kelson!
The next few pictures were the following week of school starting. We were waiting for our turn for SEP's and Kelson showed us this bus where his whole class had gotten their picture taken!
Last year he wanted to be a doctor when he grew up!
This year he still thinks doctors are awesome because they find out what you have,
but he wants to be a cop, save people and fight bad guys!
